WooCommerce Integration

The WooCommerce API integration lets your AI assistant look up real data from your WooCommerce store during support chats. The AI never guesses — it uses the tools to fetch orders, customers, and products when the customer asks.

When the AI uses WooCommerce

The AI will call WooCommerce when the customer asks about:

  • Order status — "Where is my order?", "What's the status of order #123?"
  • Purchase history — "What have I bought?", "My last order"
  • Account activity — "Update my address", "My account details"
  • Refunds or subscriptions — "I want a refund", "My subscription status"

The system message instructs the AI to ask for the email used at checkout (if not already provided), then use the Get WooCommerce Customer tool and Orders tool to retrieve verified data. Responses are summarized in plain language; raw JSON is not shown to the customer.

Example use cases

  • Customer: *"Can you check the status of my order?"* → AI asks for email, looks up customer and recent orders, reports status.
  • Customer: *"I need to change the shipping address for my last order."* → AI finds the order, can guide or escalate depending on your workflow.
  • Customer: *"Do you have the 60mg product in stock?"* → AI can use product tools to check and respond (if you enable product lookups).

Setup

  • Go to DashboardIntegrationsAdd IntegrationAPI Integration
  • Select the workflow (demo) that should have access to WooCommerce
  • Choose WooCommerce, enter your store URL and credentials (Consumer Key / Consumer Secret from WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API)
  • Select which tools to enable (e.g. Customers, Orders, Products) and save
  • The workflow’s system message will include the WooCommerce rules; enable the integration and activate it

You can enable or disable WooCommerce per workflow from Your Integrations.
