HubSpot Integration

The HubSpot API integration lets your AI use HubSpot CRM data during support and sales chats. The AI can look up contacts, deals, companies, tickets, and engagement history — and with the right configuration, create or update records after confirming with the user.

When the AI uses HubSpot

The AI will call HubSpot when the customer or agent asks about:

• Contacts — details, activity, associated deals or companies
• Deals — pipeline, stage, value, next steps
• Companies — company info, contacts, deals
• Tickets — support tickets, status, history
• Engagement — emails, calls, meetings (if available via your HubSpot setup)

You choose which resources and operations (e.g. Get contacts, Get deals, Create ticket) are available to the workflow. The system message instructs the AI to retrieve verified data before answering and to confirm with the user before any Create, Update, or Delete action.

Example use cases

• Customer: *"What’s the status of my deal?"* → AI looks up contact/deal in HubSpot and reports stage and next steps.
• Support agent (internal): *"Who’s the contact for Acme Corp?"* → AI fetches company and contacts from HubSpot.
• Customer: *"I want to log a support ticket."* → AI can create a ticket in HubSpot after confirming details (if create is enabled).

Setup

• Go to Dashboard → Integrations → Add Integration → API Integration
• Select the workflow that should use HubSpot
• Choose HubSpot, connect with your HubSpot credentials (e.g. private app access token)
• Select which resources and operations to expose (Contacts, Deals, Companies, Tickets, etc.)
• Save and enable the integration

HubSpot is scoped per workflow, so you can have different HubSpot access per demo or brand.
