API Call Limits

API calls are counted for:

• AI model requests (chat responses)
• Embedding generation (knowledge base processing)
• RAG retrieval (context search)

Monthly limits reset on your subscription renewal date.

Note: If you reach your monthly limit, you can continue using Voxe by adding credits through the Top-Up System in your dashboard.

Additional credits are applied instantly and will be used before the next billing cycle begins.
