Document Processing

After upload, documents are automatically:

• Extracted: Text is extracted from the file
• Chunked: Content is split into manageable pieces
• Embedded: Each chunk is converted to a vector embedding
• Indexed: Stored for semantic search

Processing Status:

• PENDING: Uploaded, waiting for processing
• PROCESSING: Currently being processed
• COMPLETED: Ready to use
• FAILED: Error occurred (check error message)
